I attempted to install the Easy Crown molding as shown on QVC and other TV shows. It does not work?

Channel 11 out of Lubbock TX tested this product and had the same experience I had. Why would anyone recommend something that doesn’t work? I returned the product four months ago and am still waiting for my charge card to be credited. The owner of the company was very rude to me when I called him. Said he didn’t know what I was talking about.
Why didn’t QVC test this product before selling it to the unsuspecting public? This product is worthless.

    Not sure about the product’s integrity. It’s probably to late, but you can dispute the charge on your credit card by contacting the issuing institution. Based on what youve said and the fact that youve returned the product, that remedy should be a slam dunk. If it’s to late, and probably as a last resort, file in small claims. Get NoLo Press’s book or go to the library to learn how. You’ll get your money back.
