You’d be better off going to the store and putting some money on one of those pre-paid credit card gift card things. It would be much faster.

to get a money order, you just walk into the post office, a 7/11, or bank…or even a grocery store, ask for the amount of money you want on the check. Hand them the cash, and they’ll hand you a money order. There’s usually a small fee for the money order.
