I just want the band to be stamped 10k or 14k. And I know I can get a ring that IS that but I’m asking about the ring that I already have. It’s an heirloom that was giving to me.
I’m wearing it as a engagement ring.

   If you have an heirloom ring why would you want to damage it just to get a 10k or 14k stamped in it? Treasure it the way it is… that’s why it’s an heirloom. It’s being kept as it is and passed on from person to person.

   no you can’t…sorry I had one that i wanted to get dipped and they couldn’t do it..they can only dip rings that are already gold to “freshen” them up and make them look new.
