No matter what kind of dance you do it is important to remember that there is two major types of Dance Clothing to consider having. One type it the clothes you practice and train in and the other it the clothes you actual perform in. I used to just practice and train in any old thing but I learned that when I changed into costume for performing the weight difference tended to throw off my timing. I now acquire the proper clothing for practice and training. The weight is similar to what I perform in and this is working much better for me and the members of our troupe.
