Keeping things cool
Friday, October 10th, 2008I run a small restaurant and as anybody knows who is in this business one of the most important things is to be able to keep food as cool as possible so that it is not going bad. I spent quite a lot of money on buying one of the new range of commercial restaurant refrigerators, and although it was quite an experience I am really glad that I bought it because I now know that I can keep the food in my restaurant as fresh as possible. That is the most important thing and it really does put my mind at rest.
